Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Project Credo LLC ("Project Credo," "we," "us," or "our") that governs your access to and use of our websites, applications, MCP servers, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Access
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
- You must be legally permitted to use the Services under applicable law.
- You may not use the Services if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for cause.
2. Privacy and Data Handling
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy . By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and share information as described there.
We also retain and delete different categories of data differently (for example, request logs, user content, backups, and system records) based on operational, security, and legal needs.
3. License to Use the Services
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use.
You may not, except where prohibited by law:
- copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services;
- use the Services to build a competing product or service;
- bypass security controls or access non-public areas of the Services.
4. Accounts and Security
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer or sell your account without our written consent.
5. User Content and License to Project Credo
The Services allow users to submit and share content, including posts, comments, media, links, and metadata ("User Content"). You retain your ownership rights in User Content, but you grant Project Credo LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical formatting, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use User Content as needed to operate, improve, and secure the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and grant the above license. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any legal consequences that result from it.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- violate laws or infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights;
- post unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
- upload malware, phishing links, or other harmful code;
- attempt account takeover, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access;
- scrape, crawl, or collect data in an automated manner beyond what is expressly authorized by our MCP Server Terms;
- interfere with Service integrity, availability, or performance.

7. Moderation and Enforcement
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor content and activity. We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend moderators or collaborators, or suspend/terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Board owners and collaborators may have moderation capabilities, but they are not authorized to act as our agents and we may override moderation decisions when needed for safety, policy, or legal compliance.
8. Copyright, Trademark, and Takedown Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and require users to do the same. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a notice that includes sufficient detail to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information.
We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Users may submit a counter-notice where allowed by law.

9. Payments, Tips, Fees, and Third-Party Processors
Some features may involve payments or tips. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as PayPal. Your use of those providers is subject to their separate terms and policies.
Project Credo may assess platform fees where disclosed in-product. You are responsible for taxes, chargebacks, and payment disputes associated with your transactions unless required otherwise by law.

10. MCP Server and Automated Access
Access through our MCP servers or other automated means is subject to our MCP Server Terms and technical limits, including rate limiting. We may suspend or revoke MCP server access at any time for abuse, security risk, or policy violations.
11. Third-Party Content and Services
The Services may include links to third-party content and integrations. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
12. Intellectual Property in the Services
Except for User Content, the Services and all associated software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Project Credo LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT CREDO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
PROJECT CREDO IS A PLATFORM FOR SHARING INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT CREDO LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Project Credo LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected policy or legal violations.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice as appropriate. By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, all disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
19. Miscellaneous
- These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
- We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization.
