Payment and Tipping Terms

These Payment and Tipping Terms are provided by Project Credo LLC ("Project Credo," "we," "us," or "our") and apply when you send or receive payments through Project Credo features. They are incorporated into our Terms of Service .

Third-party processors

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (including PayPal). Your transactions are also subject to those providers' terms, policies, and dispute procedures.

Fees and disclosures

Project Credo may charge platform fees where disclosed in-product at the time of transaction. Fees may be deducted from payment flows as disclosed.

Refunds and chargebacks

Unless required by law, payments and tips may be final. We may withhold, reverse, or recover amounts associated with fraud, abuse, legal compliance, or chargeback events.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes related to your use of payment features.
