MCP Server Terms

These MCP Server Terms are provided by Project Credo LLC ("Project Credo," "we," "us," or "our") and govern access to Project Credo MCP servers. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service .

Permitted use

• Use MCP servers only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Respect user privacy and do not misuse personal data.
• Use authentication tokens only as authorized and keep credentials secure.

Restrictions

• No attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other technical controls.
• No abusive traffic, excessive polling, or bulk extraction beyond approved use.
• No use of MCP server data to build a competing service that replicates core platform functionality.

Availability and changes

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue MCP server features at any time. We may suspend or revoke MCP server access for abuse, security concerns, or policy violations.
