Copyright and DMCA Policy
This policy describes how Project Credo LLC handles copyright and trademark complaints and counter-notices. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service .
Notice of claimed infringement
If you believe content on Project Credo infringes your rights, send a written notice that includes:
- your contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL);
- a statement of good-faith belief of unauthorized use;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with legally required elements.
Repeat infringer policy
Project Credo may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
