So maybe a dumb question, but in the recent episode, Neil jokes that people only plant hops (for beer) because they can't plant grapes (for wine) in that particular location. What's the logic/evidence of this? Grapes are more profitable than hops, but there are other crops/endeavours more profitable than grapes?
